I love to go. If I haven't just returned from somewhere, I am anxiously awaiting a departure or actively planning the next trip. As a consultant I travel for business. Over the years, I have mastered combining business and pleasure. This blog came out of my experiences.  

As a visitor to Go There. Live!  you are part of a fantastic community of other travelers. My goal is to share experiences and travel information that may be helpful as you are deciding where to go and what to do when you get there. I am particularly interested in venues relative to African-American culture and history, as well as how people of color are received during our journeys. We know that there are places where we are not welcome. Frankly, I would rather not spend  my money there. So, if I encounter unwelcome hosts I'll share the particulars so you can make an informed decision about your own travel plans.
